AI Readiness Audit

Find what's slowing you down.
Quietly fix it.

A two-day onsite review of how your team actually works – and a clear, written plan for where AI fits, and where it really doesn't. No buzzwords, no platform pitches.

The goal of an audit is not to add more systems. It's to understand which parts of the business are already struggling under the current ones.
Luke Sharman Implementation & Automation
The interesting part is rarely the AI itself. It's watching how people actually work once you sit inside the business for two days.
Jonny Tyson Operations & Growth

1–2 days onsite · Written report in a week · No software you need to buy.

By the numbers

Fixed scope. Fixed timeline. Written, useful output.

No retainers, no creeping scope. You know exactly what we'll do, how long it takes, and what you'll have in your hands at the end.

1–2 days
Onsite with your team – walk-throughs, interviews, real workflows.
7 days
From visit to delivery – opportunity map, risk register, 30-day plan.
0 lock-in
Tool-agnostic. No platforms to buy, no contracts to extend.
What you'll actually get

An honest, written picture of where AI helps – and where it gets in the way.

No 60-slide deck. Just a clear, useful document your team will actually read, with the kind of detail you can hand to a developer or act on yourself.

01

Onsite walk-throughs

We sit with each team, watch how the work flows, and listen for the small frictions that compound across the week.

02

Opportunity map

Every place AI can save real time, ranked by effort, risk, and the size of the prize. No abstract scoring – concrete tasks.

03

Risk register

Where automation would damage trust, accuracy or compliance – and the explicit places where a human stays in the loop.

04

30-day starter plan

Two or three changes you can pilot in the next month – small enough to ship, useful enough to matter.

How it runs

Two days with your team. One week to write it up.

We work in your office, with real people, on real workflows. By the end of the week you'll have something you can act on, not just file away.

Day 1 – Listen & observe

Walk the floor, sit with each function, capture how the work really flows. We're looking for the gap between the org chart and the actual day.

Day 2 – Map & test

We sketch the opportunities live with you, sanity-check assumptions, and prototype one or two ideas on the spot so you can feel the shape of them.

Within a week – Written report

An honest, written document: opportunity map, risk register, recommended tooling and a 30-day starter plan you can act on without us.

Proof, not promises

The audit we ran at Love From Above turned a single sentence into a buildable plan.

Chelsea came to us with an idea, not a business. Two days of discovery, a written report, and the team had a scope they could actually act on – no platform lock-in, no consultancy bloat, just a clear next step.

Common questions

What people ask before booking.

Will it disrupt our week?

Minimally. We work alongside your team – shadowing, not interrupting. Most people barely notice we're there by the afternoon of day one.

What if AI isn't the right answer?

Then we'll say so. Plenty of the opportunities we find end up being process or tooling fixes that have nothing to do with AI. That's still a win.

Do you push specific software?

No. We're tool-agnostic. We'll recommend what genuinely fits – sometimes that's a model, sometimes it's a spreadsheet template and a better SOP.

How much does it cost?

Fixed fee, scoped to team size. Get in touch and we'll send a one-page quote within 24 hours.

What happens after the report?

You can take it and run, or we can help you build it. Most clients move into a Process Roadmap for the first 90 days.
