Process Roadmap & Implementation

From audit to action.
Without the rebuild.

A 30/60/90-day plan, the tooling to back it up, and hands-on implementation alongside your team. We help you ship the changes – we don't disappear after the slides.

Good implementation is not about adding complexity. It's about removing enough friction that the new process actually gets used.
Luke Sharman Implementation & Automation
The goal is not to rebuild the business. It's to improve the parts creating the most operational weight for the people inside it.

30 / 60 / 90 day phased plan · Weekly working sessions · Owners and dates baked in.

By the numbers

Three phases, ninety days, one working operation.

A working plan, not a strategy document. Owners, dates, tools and SOPs – built with your team so they own it when we leave.

90 days
From kick-off to first measurable change in how your team works.
3 phases
Plan, build, hand over – clear handoffs, no consultancy bloat.
1× weekly
Working session with your team – half a day of theirs, the rest is on us.
What's inside the roadmap

A plan written for the people who'll actually use it.

Not a strategy document that sits in a folder. A working plan with owners, dates, tools and the SOPs to make each change stick.

01

Prioritised 30/60/90

What to ship first, second, third – sequenced by dependency, risk and impact. No fantasy timelines.

02

Tooling shortlist

The two or three options worth piloting for each workflow, with honest trade-offs and pricing.

03

SOPs & templates

Plain-English standard operating procedures written in your team's voice, ready to drop into your handbook.

04

Implementation pairing

We sit alongside your team while we build the first version – knowledge transfer, not vendor lock-in.

05

Team training

Short, role-specific sessions so each function knows exactly what's changed and why.

06

Measurement plan

The handful of numbers worth watching – time reclaimed, error rate, throughput – and how to track them without a dashboard project.

How it runs

Three phases, ninety days, one working version of your operation.

Plan – Days 1–30

Translate the audit into a sequenced plan with named owners, scope each pilot, and pick the first two changes worth shipping.

Build – Days 31–60

We sit with your team and build it. Real workflows, real data, real users. Weekly working sessions and fortnightly demos.

Hand over – Days 61–90

SOPs written, team trained, owners confident. We step back; your team owns it. Optional retainer if you want us on speed-dial.

Proof, not promises

Love From Above ran a full roadmap in 90 days – and shipped without us in the room.

From a two-day audit, into a phased rollout, into a team that runs the new operation on their own. Six joined-up modules, one platform, and a handover that actually stuck.

Common questions

What people ask before starting.

Do we need to have done the audit first?

Strongly recommended, but not required. If you have a recent, honest picture of where the time goes, we can start straight from that.

How much of our team's time will it take?

Around half a day a week from a small working group, plus short check-ins from the people whose work is changing. We do the heavy lift.

Are you tool-agnostic?

Yes. We'll recommend what genuinely fits – open source, off-the-shelf, custom-built, or just a smarter SOP.

What happens after 90 days?

Most clients move to a light retainer for the next phase, or self-serve from the SOPs we wrote. Either is fine.

Will you stay on as the in-house team?

No. The point is to leave you better – not dependent. We're explicit about that from day one.
